Ingredients:

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
  • 1 teaspoon dried lavender

  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Add the sliced banana, frozen blueberries, honey, grated ginger, dried lavender, coconut water, and ice cubes to a blender.
  2. Open the Neural Balance capsules and empty the contents into the blender.*
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  4. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more honey, if desired.
